Grassland is based on a true story and is about a prosecutor who gets involved in a complicated case. This crime movie is written and directed by Kazem Daneshi and produced by Bahram Radan. Grassland has won four awards for best sound, best editing, best female supporting role and best screenplay in the Sodaye Simorgh section of the 40th Fajr Film Festival.
